Jeff Kudrick came on the Paramold team during an intense level of growth and planning for a 4th generation wax manufacturer. Jeff Kudrick became accustomed to the 100 year plan and fast prototype manufacturing. The main commercial product offering of the sister company Koster Kuenen was the granulating machine. Jeff helped build these machines and they were designed by the Grandfather of the company in high school in Holland. Jeff constantly worked to develop the machines and manufacturing techniques at Paramold. Plant facilitation of rebuilding boilers, running steam lines, electric, plumbing and building structures in and around the facility was dually accomplished.
Jeff Kudrick was hired to install rock work and help design structures in the aquarium. A long time contributor to the Okeanos foundation from the age of 9, his relationships allowed him access to the inner workings of the project. He had gained a great deal of experience in the overall design and requirements for creating a public aquarium. Rocks formed from rebar and wire mesh, and sprayed with concrete were then carved and colored to create safe and captivating rock work for the public and animals alike.. These structures had to follow strict animal health codes and egresses which were accommodated in the design and structure of the rocks..
Jeff Kudrick developed a product he had created for a manufacturing company in Thailand for the Global pet market. Natural concrete composites were used, as in reef restoration, to build 3-dimensional natural tank inserts and full Immersion Environments. This project was developed in Thailand and Jeff sourced local materials and set up the factory. The products ranged from fully automated environments to decorative and functional background systems.
These stone columns are a patented column system used to mold lightweight, structural fencing, monument and lighting columns. This patented product is currently Ava to be licensed and may be available for purchase. The molds can be adapted from a single application to add ons such as fence notches, lighting niches, water and electrical accessories and more. The manufacturing methods are designed for manual and automated operations. Unlimited design options. Jeff Kudrick founder and visionary of JM Lifestyles developed and realized many composite technologies here. He invented WoodForm concrete at up to 70% recycled content it replaced wood in commercial and residential markets. This product has a host of uses in the commodity building product market to replace wood in a variety of applications. The ability to take on custom and demanding projects like Square Space and Peloton advanced his understanding and the engineering capabilities of the mineral composites he designed. JM Lifestyles has been sold and Jeff still offers design for hi end and production focused clients.
Jeff Kudrick was brought in to create and develop the POD floor system for Durapods. Jeff created the initial mix design and manufacturing process to start from a low volume manual process of less than 1000 units per year to lay the ground work for a scaleable 5000+ unit per year production facility. Jeff trained personnel, created operation manuals for internal management and FAM for certification and listing with IAPMO. Jeff also created the product names and the language for marketing the material. He created estimating spreadsheets, data sheets and informational sheets for the multiple variations of floors and systems variables. He also developed a non combustible DuraLithe 2.0 mix design that is non-combustible, 70lbs/cuft, and nearly 6K PSI.
Blue Ocean Technologies is currently developing surfacing products using a waste stream plant based resin. This water soluble epoxy can be used in concrete as a polymer additive and works to develop high early strengths, superior bonding to aggregates and low water permeation for infrastructure applications. The resin itself in conjunction with a patent pending reinforcement and mineral matrix can be used to make resin based terrazzo slabs @ 5lbs./sf @ 2" thick, interior slab fire doors, wood textured and integrally colored moldings, panels, monolithic molded cabinet boxes, drawer boxes, door and cabinet faces, and furniture that is all Class A fire rated. This technology is currently being developed and we are looking for licensees, venture capital or development partners.
